During the past 3 years, he has served as a Project Manager for over 100 property condition assessments and capital reserve studies for common interest realty associations and Colorado municipalities. He has managed projects ranging in complexity from multi-family residential complexes to large municipal facilities. Having previously served as a technical representative for a major exterior building materials distributor, Terry is highly skilled in construction materials application and systems compatibility. His diverse background and years of experience enable him to assess property conditions with the keen attention to detail needed for these types of analyses and assessments.
