She provides services to insurance companies, restoration companies, homebuilders, homeowner associations, legal professionals, and commercial property managers. These services include consulting of plan review, repair recommendations and oversight, and structural, civil, and building envelope investigations regarding construction. Her building envelope investigations concentrate on analysis of building envelope performance including that of EIFS, stucco, brick, stone, hardboard, vinyl, and cedar siding, sealants, ice damming, windows, ventilation, and plaza and residential decks. She has experience with structural design for educational and medical facilities in timber, concrete, masonry and steel, along with extensive modernizations and hospital equipment upgrades. Liberty has performed fire damage assessment, investigations, and repair recommendations for educational and residential structures.
