Jerome Self has over 16 years of experience in Real Estate, property management and reserve studies.  His extensive background as a mortgage loan officer, Realtor, property manager and reserve studies analyst have prepared him for his current position with SBSA. During the past 3 years, he has performed over 60 reserve studies, property condition assessments and facility condition assessments.  His background in residential and commercial real estate sales, development and management gives him a broad spectrum of experience and insight into the community management industry. He has worked with a wide array of HOA’s in helping them plan for their future by preparing reserve studies for their communities. His passion for the homeowners of this state is what drives his commitment to helping SBSA become the leading provider of quality reserve studies in Colorado.
