Jeff Felderman
jfelderman@callSBSA.comJeff Felderman, P.E., Project Manager, has over 20-years of experience in supervising a range of projects including government, industrial, retail, commercial, healthcare, K-12 and higher education, residential, ski resort facilities, parking garages, building renovation, civil structures, bridges, and Forensic Engineering. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Wyoming. Through this professional and academic experience, Jeff has acquired expertise in designing and managing projects, and thinking creatively to solve problems that arise during the course of a project. He has designed a wide variety of types of projects using cast-in-place, tilt-up, and precast concrete, post-tensioned slabs, steel, cold-formed steel, masonry, wood and heavy timber. He has also established project scopes, fees and budgets, and coordinated the preparation of contract documents and specifications, as well as providing quality assurance for multiple projects. Jeff has proven his communication and coordination skills on many building renovation projects, including the Franklin Building Lofts. At this site, he performed analysis, designed and detailed framing and bracing systems, assembled specifications for permit and construction, and was the point of contact for all construction administration duties.
