Dave Norfleet
David N. Norfleet, CCC, CFCC, MRICS , Director – Construction and Property Analysis, has a comprehensive knowledge of all business operations including cost management, estimating, risk analysis, and contracts. He has effectively applied this knowledge to the construction, manufacturing, environmental, and government contracting industries for nearly 30 years. David is both a Certified Cost Consultant and a Certified Forensics Claims Consultant with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), and sits on various review and development committees at the national level. He has also qualified to be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. David holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, is qualified as an expert witness, has made nearly a dozen conference presentations, instructed over six technical seminars, and published eight articles. Other memberships include The National Contracts Management Association, and The American Society of Professional Estimators. David has routinely used his cost engineering, decision analysis, and contract administration skills to solve multiple problems of varying complexities.

Derek is a licensed professional engineer and owner of New Rome Engineering, a forensic engineering firm in Denver, CO. SBSA and Derek work closely together on forensic work related to insurance claims, as well as projects involving structural evaluations and repairs.
Phil Klump, RA
Phil Klump is a Registered Architect in the states of Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, and Wyoming. He is affiliated with the AIA Academy of Architecture for Healthcare. He has his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
