Brad Schmidt
Brad Schmidt, AIA, Project Manager, has more than 18 years of architectural design and construction administration experience ranging from senior living facilities and residential multi-family projects to mixed-use retail centers. He has served as a senior project designer and construction administrator on a variety of large-scale projects, including numerous church, hospital and government projects. He also has developed a specialty in the review and analysis of exterior building materials, waterproofing and roofing systems as well as expert witness and professional peer review services.
